Project Summary
Delivered as a fully integrated turnkey project, this is the largest student accommodation development ever undertaken in South Africa. T Construction managed the entire scope in-house, from bulk infrastructure and architecture through to engineering and full fit-out, across a 120,000m² site organised into six secure residential villages.
Each village comprises eight buildings arranged around landscaped courtyards, with 600+ pod-style apartments designed for community living, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
